The purpose of this letter is to formally and publicly commend Bruce Ford from Dispute Assist for the excellent service he provided to my husband and me during a time when we were involved in a major banking dispute.  In my opinion, the level of service that Bruce Ford extended to us was far beyond our expectations.

What particularly impressed me about the level of service provided by Bruce Ford was the effort that he went to in order to see that we did not fall victim to the unscrupulous dealings of the banking industry.  Ours was a very complex case which, even by our lawyer’s standards, did not guarantee us a favorable outcome.  We were fast running out of time, money and hope.  Our lawyers walked us up the garden path and after we spent a considerable amount of time and money with them, we now believe they missed the main point of our defence.  They told us our case didn’t stand a chance, we had little option but to sack them.  Bruce remained with us right until the end ensuring that no stone was unturned.  The end result meant that we were able to maintain our family home which, according to our lawyers, was not a consideration.

Dealing with the banking industry can be unforgiving and very frustrating to say the least.  Bruce did not only offer an unparalleled service, but he also taught me an invaluable lesson on how to deal with the banking industry in a productive manner that allows one to yield results.  I would not in a million years have been able to effectively deal with the unscrupulous people that I have had the displeasure of dealing with if not for the help and guidance of Bruce Ford.  I dread to think of the outcome if I had not been blessed with his guidance and commitment.

It appears that it was simply Bruce’s extraordinary commitment to excellence in client service and support that motivated him to always go the extra mile.  His example even had a positive impact on the attitude and productivity of my own actions.  With Bruce’s knowledge of the banking industry along with his insight into the way banks operate, I am positive that I will never fall victim to a bank again.

I truly believe that Bruce deserves to be congratulated and rewarded for providing customer service and support well beyond my expectations.
